Microneedles enter the dermis and deliver radiofrequency energy from the tip.
Energy is released from the needle tip rather than passing through the surface, so it concentrates in the dermis without surface damage.
The tip structure changes what it does. A non-insulated tip, where the whole needle is an electrode, heats a wide area evenly; an insulated tip with only the end exposed acts strongly at one point.
The pulse width setting also drives the result. Short concentrates at a point; long spreads wider.
Verify the exact model, manufacturer, Korean authorization record, tip or cartridge, treatment area and practitioner. A brand name and shot count alone do not define energy, depth or risk.
