Cosmetic-procedure recovery log: Day 0, 1, 3, 7 and 14

Direct answer

This planner does not promise that recovery ends on Day 3 or Day 14. Product, device, amount, settings and combined procedures change the course. Follow the treating clinic's individual instructions and use the checkpoints to record change and escalation.

2026-08-11

Day 0

Record the product, device, tip, area, settings or injected amount; practitioner and legal clinic name; baseline photos; written aftercare and a 24-hour contact route.

Day 1

Record pain, heat, swelling, bruising, bumps, discharge and any functional problem compared with the previous day. Confirm makeup, washing, exercise and medicines with the clinic.

Day 3

Check the direction of change, any new symptom and whether travel blocks reassessment. Preserve onset time, extent, worsening or improvement and comparable photos.

Day 7

Record remaining reactions, return to routine and planned in-person or online review. Ask whether a persistent symptom needs reassessment.

Day 14

Do not declare recovery complete automatically. Separate remaining symptoms, observable change and any proposal for more treatment. If home, give the raw records and timeline to the local clinician.
