Call 119 in Korea for a symptom that threatens life or vision. If you can travel without an ambulance, use the National Emergency Medical Center E-Gen service to find an emergency department. Inform the clinic too, but do not delay transport while waiting for a reply.
Order of action
1. Call 119 for a vision, breathing or consciousness emergency. 2. State your location and symptoms. 3. Notify the treatment clinic in parallel. 4. Show the emergency team your treatment-information card.
Information to show
Record the treatment, time and area; clinic and practitioner contact; product, manufacturer, lot and dose or device, tip and settings; symptom start time; allergies and medicines; passport name; and language needed for interpretation.
